Own a farmland
This option provides the individual to own a piece of land in Utkarsh Farm Blue Lotus. Dimension varying from 8000 sqft to 12000 sqft
You can select farm of your choice from the layout numbered 1 to 10
Block your farm
This option provides the individual to block a piece of land in Utkarsh Farm Blue Lotus for a period of 6 months with the current selling price by paying 50% of the amount. Individual can renew the blocking period with the rate on the date of renewal.
Buy land as Units
This option provides the individual who wants to buy or invest in farmland as small units. Minimum purchase units is 1000. Individual can purchase units at the current unit price. Units can be later sold at the price on the date of sale or individual can purchase the land with accumulated units.
