Option 1: Buy a farmland
Highlights:
- Block the farmland by making a
downpayment of Rs.1Lakh - Buyer gets 3 weeks to verify the documents
- Post which seller and buyer get into sale agreement with seller paying 50% of the total sale value.
- 11E sketch is applied
- Once 11E sketch is ready sale deed is exectued and land is registered in the name of buyer after payment of the balance amount.
Option 2: Block a farmland
